When I woke up this morning, our refrigerator had all but checked out. There was clicking. It wasn’t cooling. There was zero ice, and the freezer was thawing. I attempted to schedule an appointment via GE’s website and found that Tuesday would be the earliest appointment I could take due to work. I didn’t want to wait, so I went to Angie’s list and found Dave’s. I sent a message explaining my issue and asked if someone might be able to come by to take a look today since I would be home all day. I received a call back within five minutes. Lisa told me she was going to try to get someone here and that she would get back to me within @ 20 minutes since he was en route to another job. She called back within that time to tell me that he would be able to take a look at our refrigerator after. I realize this is not always possible, but it worked out, and I was beyond grateful. Excellent, he was there quickly the only hold up was me finding time to be there. They got the job done quickly and efficiently. It has been over 30 days and it is still working well. My dishwasher was not cleaning well lately. Scott inspected the dishwasher and cleaned out all of the filters and other areas. He said that the wash pressure was reduced because of all the build-up.
